Frogmore Gardens takes every care in growing, labelling and packing your plants to arrive in the best possible condition. All of our parcels including seeds are sent by Australia Post using their tracking service.
If for any reason you are not satifisfied with the condition of the plants when you receive them please contact us within seven days so that we can remedy the situation. We are happy to refund, replace or issue a credit note
( Please be mindful of the likelihood of plants being out of stock towards the end of each season and might not be replacable).
We guarantee all of our plants are true to variety and will replace or refund the original cost if this is found to be otherwise. For this to occur the plant will need to be returned to us so that we can determine the inaccuracy.
Our intention is to provide a quality product delivered in a timely manner. If for any reason this is not the case we would always wish to know so that we can improve our service and satisfy you our customer.
