About Us and FAQ

We are a boutique mail-order nursery situated in the beautiful Central Highlands of Victoria. We offer a wide range of perennials, seeds, bulbs and shrubs throughout the year. Our particular interests are border perennials, plants for prairie gardens and varieties for cut-flowers. We grow wide ranges of Dahlias, Phlox, Dianthus and Lilium as well as a comprehensive selection of grasses. Our two main seasons are Spring and Autumn but we are always adding new stock.
We hope you enjoy browsing through our range.

How do you send the plants? |
We use Australia Post to send our parcels. All our plants are wrapped in plastic bags and sphagnum moss to prevent soil dislodging in transit. They are then packed in rolls of corrugated cardboard as if they were bottles of wine. Extra packing ensures the plants cannot move in the box during transit.

During our main packing seasons of April and September we dispatch every-day. . You will be sent a dispatch notice on the day it is posted. This notice includes the Australia Post tracking which will enable you to see the progress of your parcel through the AusPost system.
In off peak periods our dispatch days are Mondays and Fridays. NSW , QLD and TAS order are sent on Fridays . Packages travel with Australia Post over the weekend ensuring they arrive earlier in the week. SA and VIC orders are sent on Mondays and arrive at their destination in the same week.
|
Do you track your parcels? |
Yes. All of our parcels are tracked. Your dispatch notice will include your parcels tracking number. You can then use this number to see the progress of your parcel through the Auspost system. |
