Ordering & Postage

ORDERS

All orders are dispatched within twenty-eight days (generally sooner). Orders can be placed by mail, phone, fax or via this website. We do however prefer that you place your orders by mail or fax so that we have a written record. Misunderstandings can occur over the phone.

TERMS

Please make payment with order. Cheques or Money Orders accepted. Bank card, Mastercard and Visa Card Facilities are available (debited to your account on Dispatch. Please include cardholder name, card number, expiry date and cardholder signature. Via the website we offer payment through Pay Pal that accepts all major credit cards.

SUBSTITUTES

We may be out of stock of certain varieties, please indicate on the order form which course of action you wish us to take. Credit Card payments are adjusted and Cheque payments are issued a credit note if no alternative method on the order form has been chosen.

Guarantee

We take every care in growing and packing our plants. Please unpack plants as soon as you receive them, water them and place in a light, well ventilated area if you cannot plant immediately.
If for any reason you have any problems with your delivery you should notify us within fourteen days so that we can rectify the problem.
